Young Lions came from behind to beat Balestier Khalsa FC 3-2 on Wednesday, 31 October 2007 at Jalan Besar Stadium. The Tigers had twice taken the lead through Andrew Tan (20th), Udo Fortune (31st). However, each time, the Young Lions came back to level with goals from Hariss Harun (30th), Leandro Rodrigues (55th) before Fazrul Nawaz netted the winner in the 62nd minute.

Geylang United FC's forward Leopoldino Dos Santos from Brazil netted a hattrick (25th, 43rd penalty, 92nd+) as he helped the Eagles soared to a 4-3 away victory over Balestier Khalsa FC at Toa Payoh Stadium on Monday, 22 October 2007.

Balestier fought back from 1-3 at half-time to draw level at 3-3. Thai midfielder Rangsan Vivatchaichok had put Geylang Eagles one up after only five minutes.
