KOTA BHARU, KELANTAN, SINGAPORE, Wednesday, 3rd March 2010 – KELANTAN FA and BALESTIER KHALSA FC drew 1-1 at Stadium Mohamed IV, Kota Bharu, Kelantan. A crowd of 3,000 witnessed the match.

Mohad Nizad Ayub had put the Red Warriors in front in the 36th minute. However, Paul Cunningham equalised for the Tigers in the 58th minute when his shot beat second half substitute goalkeeper Mohd Halim Bin Naipi.

TOA PAYOH, SINGAPORE, Wednesday, 24th February 2010 – BALESTIER KHALSA FC have released former S.League goalkeeper Abdul Rasyid bin Abdul Hamid and Prime League midfielder Muhammad Shahriul Bin Hamid to National Football League Division One club Eunos Crescent FC.

TOA PAYOH, SINGAPORE, Sunday, 21st February 2010 – BALESTIER KHALSA FC crushed out of the League Cup 2010 when Etoile came away 2-0 victors at Toa Payoh Stadium. Khaled Kharroubi put Etoile ahead in 34th minute from a freekick and Karim Boudjema sealed the win with a header in the 93rd minute. Etoile's Daniel Nna (64th) and Balestier's Goh Swee Swee (83rd) were red-carded by referee K Kalimuthu.

::League Cup 2010 draw on 9th February::
SINGAPORE, 5 February 2010: The 2010 League Cup draw will be held at Jalan Besar Stadium on Tuesday 9 February at 3.30pm.

Mr Zainudin Nordin, FAS President and Mayor for Central Singapore District, will be the Guest-of-Honour and preside over the draw.

This year’s competition will see the top four clubs in the 2009 Great Eastern-YEO’S S.League - Singapore Armed Forces FC, Tampines Rovers , Gombak United and Home United - get a bye to the quarter-final stage.

The remaining eight S.League clubs, including newcomers Etoile FC and Beijing Guoan, will be drawn against each other in the four preliminary round matches.
